SOFLLE was started as a tribute to my mom’s years of traditional cooking and premium baking recipes. For the past 25 years she ran a central bakery in Singapore producing absolutely delicious bakes from our commercial bakery.

Fast forward to 2020, we have taken the next steps in bringing our extremely addictive cookies directly to our customer.

We are extremely selective of our ingredients (We selectively import a number of our ingredients from small towns around Europe), and we take great pride in what we produce.

Short write-up

Soflle is the 2^nd generation of specialised in traditional authentic handmade Asian cookies since 1996. Their signature bake is none other than the traditional recipe Pineapple tarts. They have since expand their variety of cookies.

Chili Crab Cookies
Crisp and yet melts in your mouth as you bite into it. Rich
authentic Chili Crab sauce blends well together to bring out
the chili crab flavour in the cookie.
Chili Carb Sauce is made by House of Seafood.

Black Pepper Crab Cookies
Richness of the Black Pepper sauce flavour that blends in
together with the sweetness and crisp of the cookie that
gradually melts in your mouth.

Salted Egg Crab Cookies
Light buttery Salted Egg Crab sauce works perfectly with

Laksa Cookies
What is Laksa without Laksa leaves fragrance? This cookie
is filled with the Laksa curry blend with the stir-fried dried
shrimps’ flavour and coconut milk, topped up with the
fragrance of chopped Laksa leaves to bring out the aroma.

Sambal Tumis (Nasi Lemak Chilli) Cookies
Can’t have nasi lemak without its chili, it’s a must have.
Now, let’s have it in a cookie! Sambal Tumis, the sweet
chili with a punch. The flavour of anchovies mixed in the
chili paste that gives you a taste of sweetness, savory, and
spiciness all in a cookie.

Hae Bee Hiam Cookies
